When will pre-orders be delivered?

Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as we can send them to you. We are aiming to have all pre-orders dispatched by the 8th January. 


Why does it take this long? 

We are printing and binding the planners as quickly as we can however, there is a lot of handwork and care which goes into the process. We want to make sure your planner is perfect so this takes a little bit of time! 


What if I want to order other products with my pre-order?

You can still order other Pumpkin Productivity products. These will all be shipped together once your planner is ready to be dispatched. 


I ordered a digital Pumpkin Paper, how do I access it?

You will receive an order confirmation email as well as another email which will contain a link to your Pumpkin Paper digital download. Please click on this link to open the pdf and save to your computer/digital device.


Is your packaging eco friendly? 

Yes, it is biodegradable and recyclable.

Why is my tracking not being updated?
If you have selected tracked shipping for your order and your tracking information has not been updated for over 1 week, please contact the Pumpkin Productivity customer service team immediately.
